- 01Help define the roadmap and architecture based on technology and business needs
- 02Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code
- 03Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
- 04Lead projects from idea to positive execution
- 05Incorporate considerations for business context and failure modes in your work
- 06Proactively participate in resolving ongoing incidents
- 07Unblock, support, effectively communicate and obtain buy-in across teams to achieve results
- 08Share your knowledge by giving brown bags, tech talks, and evangelizing appropriate tech and engineering best practices
Требования
- 013+ years of software engineering industry
- 02Advanced knowledge of JavaScript
- 03Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks, like React
- 04Experience working with NodeJS and Express applications
- 05Experience working with design systems (e.g. Bootstrap, Salesforce Lightning, GitHub Primer)
- 06Good understanding of web performance and how browsers and DOM work
- 07Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- 08Experience designing, building and improving a set of team owned components
- 09Culture of investigating and solving problems outside of your expertise
- 10Culture of going out of your way to help out your fellow engineer
