Strategy & Operations Lead, Strategic Enablement, MC2

Обязанности
- 01Initiate and lead specific, high-impact initiatives within MC2's Strategic Enablement pillars
- 02Own each effort from problem definition through delivery, defining scope, sequencing work streams, establishing stakeholder maps, and creating the operating infrastructure needed to move work forward without existing playbooks
- 03Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning programs
- 04Own end-to-end curriculum and content development (leveraging internal experts), track effectiveness metrics, and refine continuously based on data and feedback
- 05Drive cross-functional coordination across MC2 teams and XFN partners
- 06Facilitate alignment forums, resolve blockers and ensure initiative progress is consistently communicated to the right people, in the right way, at the right time
- 07Develop and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms for the initiatives you own, including success metrics, progress updates and stakeholder-ready summaries that connect work to MC2's strategic priorities
- 08Identify and implement continuous improvements to how Strategic Enablement initiatives are planned, executed and documented
- 09Refine approaches as work scales and organizational needs evolve
- 10Use AI to accelerate your own execution and identify and test high-impact use cases that can be embedded into team workflows and scaled as proven practice
Требования
- 01Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, a related field or equivalent experience
- 02Minimum 7 years experience designing and delivering programs from scratch in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- 03Experience building scaled, blended (live facilitation, e-learning, job aids, video) learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs and working styles
- 04Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- 05Independent judgment in planning and prioritization
- 06Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate workflow and outputs, with a clear approach to reviewing, validating and owning the results
- 07Strong written and verbal communication
- 08High integrity in how you work
Условия
- 01Base salary range: $120,321 — $247,718 USD
- 02Eligible for equity
- 03Relocation assistance not eligible
- 04In-office requirement: 1-2 times per quarter for in-person collaboration
- 05Can be situated anywhere in the country
- 06Remote work option available
