- 01Design, maintain, and support content to reinforce learning through practical application
- 02Act as a subject matter expert for new product launches, translating complex features into digestible content
- 03Deliver on emerging trends, industry best practices, and identity-driven digital transformation
- 04Maintain a broad and deep technical understanding of the Okta and Auth0 product lines
- 05Develop clear, step-by-step documentation, tutorials, and training materials
- 06Review student surveys and performance data to provide feedback and identify new asset opportunities
- 07Proactively track down, validate, and synthesize information from various areas to create resources
Требования
- 01Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and web security best practices
- 02Proven track record of translating intricate technical concepts into documentation and training materials
- 03Ability to synthesize information from complex product features and support workflows
- 04Exceptional ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- 05Exceptional written English with a clear, explanatory, and empathetic style
- 06Experience using AI tools to assist in research, outlining, or content optimization
Условия
- 01Annual base salary range for candidates located in Canada is between: $87,000 — $119,000 CAD
