Обязанности
- 01Drive the tactical execution of multi-million-dollar projects
- 02Build deep client relationships with researchers at top AI labs
- 03Orchestrate the work of 1,000+ contributors
- 04Ensure flawless operational execution under demanding timelines
- 05Design and manage end-to-end data pipelines, from customer specifications to final delivery
- 06Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency
- 07Act as the primary point of contact for leading AI labs
- 08Deliver clear, consistent reporting and proactively anticipate client needs
- 09Build long-term trust and identify opportunities for expansion
- 10Manage 1,000+ distributed contributors in Slack-based workspaces
- 11Source, vet, train, and performance-manage domain experts
- 12Maintain high execution standards across all stages of production
- 13Run daily internal syncs (“war rooms”) to stay ahead of issues
- 14Provide regular, transparent progress updates to customers

- 01Background in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments
- 02Strong analytical and communication abilities
- 03Proven track record of managing complex projects
- 04Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients
- 05Excited by “gritty” process optimization and large-scale execution

- 01Base cash comp from $120K-$200k
