Обязанности
- 01Lead AI agent builds from zero to one, driving execution, adoption, and business outcomes.
- 02Design agent development strategies tailored to each customer’s goals and technical environment.
- 03Improve speed, quality, and consistency across agent builds by identifying bottlenecks and introducing better systems, tooling, and automation.
- 04Lead with assertion, be data-driven, and help build the world's highest-performing team for developing AI agents.
- 05Design and own the agent development playbook, creating the frameworks, processes, and standards that make agent builds repeatable and scalable as we grow.
- 06Continuously improve how we deliver by leveraging AI tools, automation, and strong operational design to increase efficiency and reduce time to value.
- 07Partner closely with customer teams to understand their workflows and goals, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate those needs into successful agent builds.
- 08Guide complex rollouts, align stakeholders, and ensure every launch delivers measurable impact.
Требования
- 014+ years in customer-facing technical roles like implementations or solutions consulting, or in consulting, finance, product, or project management.
- 02Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results.
- 03Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
- 04Strong operational instincts with experience building scalable processes or playbooks.
- 05Clear communicator who can work effectively with both executives and operators.
- 06Highly organized and comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- 07Low ego and team-first. Your success is the team's success.
- 08Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
- 09Experience building a new function or operating model from the ground up.
- 10Power user of AI tools who uses them to transform workflows, increase leverage, and drive meaningful efficiency gains.
