Обязанности
- 01Drive end-to-end strategic projects such as building business cases and execution plans for new markets
- 02Perform financial and data analysis on product performance
- 03Develop frameworks for annual planning
- 04Act as a thought partner to leaders across the company to improve business planning, performance & execution
- 05Master Sierra's daily operations, identify inefficiencies and improve our capabilities by optimizing existing processes and introducing new ones
- 06Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects
Требования
- 015-10 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations
- 022+ years of investment banking or consulting experience required
- 03Outstanding communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas and problems into straightforward, actionable recommendations
- 04High EQ with a resilient approach allowing you to overcome challenges and setbacks in a fast-paced environment quickly
- 05A methodical, process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency
- 06Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality products
- 07Fluent business Japanese and English written and verbal communication
