Обязанности

01Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Partners and Customer Success Managers across APAC
02Own regional revenue goals and business performance across multiple markets
03Develop and execute the APAC commercial strategy
04Partner with sales and customer success leaders to optimize customer engagement
05Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners
06Drive forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business reviews
07Serve as the voice of the APAC market, bringing advertiser insights to Product and Engineering teams
08Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and market expansion initiatives
09Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices
10Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while building leadership bench strength

0112+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, technology, or related commercial leadership roles
025+ years of experience leading high-performing sales, account management, customer success, or revenue teams
03Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling businesses across multiple international markets
04Experience managing distributed teams across APAC and understanding nuances of diverse cultures
05Exceptional people leadership skills with ability to coach and develop teams
06Ability to build strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
07Strong strategic thinking skills with bias toward execution and operational excellence
08Highly data-driven and comfortable using analytics to inform business decisions
09Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and build new businesses from ground up
10Passion for AI and excitement about shaping how advertisers adopt transformative technologies
