Обязанности
- 01Own and improve Okta configuration, including lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and Workflows automation
- 02Manage endpoint configuration via Iru or Kandji, with a preference for policy-as-code and version-controlled configurations
- 03Build and maintain automation that reduces repetitive support burden
- 04Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tooling that improves team and company productivity
- 05Manage SaaS procurement and renewals for the systems the team owns
- 06Actively own and support company-wide SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta
- 07Partner with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams on planned work that crosses into the team's systems or areas of expertise
- 08Work from the office 3 days per week
- 09Take part in on-call rotation for a few hours each week
Требования
- 013+ years of experience supporting a large fleet of macOS devices
- 02Experience with mobile device management for Apple devices such as Iru, Intune, or Workspace One
- 03Experience with configuration as code, such as Terraform
- 04Experience with Bash or Python scripting
- 05Experience leveraging Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions you build
- 06Experience using and managing major central business and development systems
- 07Experience with Google Workspace
- 08Experience with Slack
- 09Experience with Linear, Jira, or other ticketing platforms
