Обязанности
- 01Define and direct the technical strategy for largest and important accounts.
- 02Work with Enterprise Account Executive to drive widespread use of Databricks products and adoption of ML & AI.
- 03Leverage background in value selling, technical account management and technical leadership to maximize success.
- 04Work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
- 05Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
- 06Implement technical strategy in the account.
- 07Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
- 08Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- 09Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
- 10Gain respect of peers based on experience, insight, and contributions.
Требования
- 01Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts.
- 02Proficiency establishing virtual teams and leading them to success.
- 03Form relationships with executives and influencers.
- 04Present convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers.
- 05Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud.
- 06Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
- 07Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- 08Understanding of relevance and application of ML & AI within use cases important to High Tech and Manufacturing accounts.
- 09Nice to have: Databricks Certification
Условия
- 01Location: Central US; open to remote candidates in other US locations.
- 02Pay range: $180,000 – $247,500 USD (Zone 2-4).
