Обязанности
- 01Help to keep up to date and configure new features within the Veeva Vault suite
- 02Work closely with customers' business and IT to understand their requirements
- 03Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices
- 04Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, security, fields, page layouts, and notifications
- 05Ad-hoc training to educate the customer administration team and enable customers to manage administration needs internally
- 06System administration and Tier ⅔ troubleshooting and how to’s
- 07Support for customer Vault migration and proactively involved in the migration projects
Требования
- 01Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 02Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of multiple customers
- 032+ yrs working experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
- 041+ yrs customer-facing experience and manage customer expectations
- 05At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 06Authorized to be employed in Singapore. Veeva does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status
