Обязанности
- 01Build AI Agents for the Testing Lifecycle: Design and implement AI agents that support developers and quality engineers across the testing lifecycle
- 02Advance AI-Native Quality: Move beyond traditional automation by building systems that continuously adapt test coverage based on code changes and system behavior
- 03Improve Developer and QE Productivity: Identify bottlenecks in testing and CI/CD workflows, and solve them through intelligent automation
- 04Integrate AI into Engineering Workflows: Embed AI capabilities into real development environments
- 05Hands-on Development: Build end-to-end systems and tools that will power Airbnb’s AI quality platform
- 06Applied AI: Develop AI-assisted capabilities such as context-aware agentic E2E validation, agentic execution of business-critical flows, agentic surface discovery and exploratory testing, and systems for test case generation
- 07System Design: Participate in the design of scalable AI-driven systems operating within large-scale engineering environments
- 08Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Mobile, Infrastructure, Product Engineering, and Quality Engineering teams
- 09Experimentation & Iteration: Explore approaches such as prompt engineering and RAG to improve system effectiveness
- 10Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and help raise the bar for applying AI in engineering systems
Требования
- 014+ years of software engineering experience in high-scale environments
- 02Experience building platforms, infra, or developer/quality tooling
- 03Exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML or LLM-based systems
- 04Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, developer experience tooling, or quality engineering platforms
- 05Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs (prompting, APIs, RAG, evaluation)
- 06Experience building both client and server-side systems
- 07Ability to work on modern web/mobile stacks (Swift, Kotlin) and tooling
- 08Experience with backend services (Java, Python)
- 09Understanding of distributed systems, CI/CD workflows, and large-scale software architectures
- 10Ability to navigate ambiguity and design practical, scalable solutions
- 11Strong ability to collaborate across teams and explain complex concepts clearly
