Обязанности
- 01Implement automation strategy by identifying opportunities for state-of-the-art technology and collaborating with Product and Engineering to deploy them
- 02Achieve data excellence by establishing gold standards for data and designing robust processes for tracking, assessing, and validating data quality at scale
- 03Monitor and optimize team output by tracking KPIs, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing efficiency projects
- 04Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of Data Curators, fostering a culture of proactivity and high performance
- 05Proactively identify data risks and operational incidents, ensuring they are escalated unambiguously and resolved quickly
Требования
- 01Data-First Mindset: 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Tech, Startup, Consulting) with a proven track record of handling complex data sets or data operations
- 02Process Mastery: Strong experience in business process design and optimization, structuring unstructured data workflows
- 03Global Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, international environment
- 04Proven Leadership: Previous experience mentoring junior team members, leading projects, or managing teams (3+ years preferred)
