Обязанности
- 01Lead a team of around 30 researchers
- 02Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
- 03Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
- 04Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
- 05Collaborate with engineering teams on process automation
- 06Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
- 07Develop a positive team culture of high engagement, excellent quality, and fun
- 08Design business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements
- 09Plan and control business processes and support execution by removing barriers for team members
- 10Improve process efficiency and reduce defects
- 11Deliver operational metrics associated with processes and results while keeping the team engaged
Требования
- 01People leadership experience
- 02Proven knowledge in business process design, management and optimization
- 031+ years work experience
- 04Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
- 05Highly motivated to lead with a "can do" attitude
- 06Results-oriented, analytical, organized, and socially skilled
- 07Effective communication with managers, analysts, and researchers
- 08Strong interest in people management
- 09Process-oriented mindset
