Обязанности
- 01Shape and influence the technical direction of projects
- 02Rapidly prototype and validate project ideas through iterative development cycles
- 03Balance broad, outcome-driven thinking with attention to critical details
- 04Define and secure stakeholder alignment on clear, measurable success criteria
- 05Regularly assess risks and opportunities, and devise proactive mitigation strategies
- 06Maintain transparent and effective communication channels
- 07Expertly present outcomes and updates to senior leadership
Требования
- 0113+ years in technical program management function
- 02At least 8 years of experience managing a team of TPMs
- 03Demonstrated experience in search relevance, natural language search, and recommendation systems
- 04Experience with applying GenAI/LLM technologies on search is a plus
- 05Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions
- 06Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well
- 07Sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others
- 08Strong analytical skills and track record of taking ownership
- 09Experience with ML models, LLMs, LRMs, feature development, model testing and resource management
- 10Familiar with A/B testing, incremental delivery and deployment
- 11Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies
- 12Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills
