Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineering - Communication & Connectivity

Обязанности
- 01Drive alignment across engineering, product, and leadership on AI investment priorities and set the multi-year technical roadmap
- 02Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take high-impact ML initiatives from concept to production
- 03Ensure high-quality, efficient data pipelines that support both business and AI needs
- 04Define and own success metrics that tie ML work directly to business outcomes
- 05Grow and mentor a team of ML/Data engineers, raising the technical bar across the org
- 06Lead and mentor a senior team of Managers and Engineers across Machine Learning, Data Engineering and Software Engineering
- 07Partner with senior leadership across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and across our Business to align stakeholders, define multi-year roadmaps, set and execute on iterative milestones
- 08Coaching and developing team members, helping them grow their careers, technical expertise, and collaboration skills
Требования
- 0112+ years of overall engineering experience
- 025+ years managing a team in a fast paced, high growth tech environment
- 03BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- 04Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale with a great impact
- 05Experience in applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles
- 06Technical leadership: hands on experience leading project teams, setting technical direction and strategy, and working cross functionally with Product and Data Science teams
- 07Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 08Examples of working across teams and organizations on technical initiatives

- 02Role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites
- 03Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
- 04Base pay range $248,000 — $310,000 USD
- 05May also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits
