Обязанности
- 01Lead and coach a team of SDRs with plans for continued headcount growth
- 02Establish and refine scalable processes for outbound prospecting, qualification, and AE handoff
- 03Build onboarding, enablement, and coaching frameworks that set your team up for long-term success
- 04Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and performance metrics
- 05Use data and tooling to continuously optimise strategy, outreach quality, and conversion rates
- 06Support go-to-market experimentation as we expand across customer segments and global markets
- 07Foster a team culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Требования
- 014+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 1–2 years in a management or team lead capacity
- 02Experience building or scaling high-performing SDR or BDR teams in fast-growing tech environments
- 03Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, especially to technical and enterprise personas
- 04Skilled in sales metrics, CRM/reporting tools, and modern outreach techniques
- 05Excellent coaching and communication skills — you're energised by developing others
- 06Comfortable with ambiguity and pace — you thrive in high-growth, rapidly changing environments
- 07A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and AI
