Обязанности
- 01Own long-term team outcomes and success of Privy's product and business
- 02Hold the team accountable to excellence in quality, throughput, and performance
- 03Ensure the team is working on the right scope of work and projects, align decisions with business impact, and build interfaces with other parts of the org
- 04Fill gaps as a player-coach; review PRs, write and review design docs, investigate incidents
- 05Coach engineers towards growth and their career goals
- 06Build a supportive, fun, motivating, celebratory team culture
- 07Partner with the team's Tech Lead and Product Manager to drive successful engineering and product outcomes
