Обязанности
- 01Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations for the pre-sales team
- 02Map the pre-sales process end-to-end to identify friction points and automation opportunities
- 03Automate and accelerate RFP/RFI responses and security/compliance questionnaires
- 04Build tools that speed up technical discovery, demo prep, and POC execution
- 05Integrate AI tools with our CRM, proposal, and knowledge management systems
- 06Prototype quickly, test with Solutions Engineers, and iterate based on real usage
- 07Train and support the pre-sales team on adopting new AI tools and workflows
- 08Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize for reliability and impact
- 09Stay ahead of new AI tools, models, and frameworks relevant to pre-sales and GTM
- 10Document workflows and automations so they're scalable and easy to maintain
- 11Partner with Marketing to support and automate inbound lead handling
Требования
- 01Fluent English
- 02+3 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical/commercial hybrid roles
- 03Hands-on experience building automations and AI agents (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, custom scripts, LLM APIs)
- 04Solid understanding of pre-sales workflows (discovery, demos, RFPs, POCs)
- 05Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs and integrations
- 06Proficiency with CRM and proposal/knowledge management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- 07Comfortable writing scripts or light code (Python, JavaScript) to build custom integrations
- 08Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- 09Excellent communication skills to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
- 10Self-starter mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
