Responsibilities
- 01Implement data exploration APIs and tools, including visualizations and numerical routines
- 02Work closely with in-house biologists and our customers to incorporate feedback and improvements into the codebase
- 03Create and maintain external documentation for APIs and tools
Requirements
- 01Experience in any of the following areas: sequencing data analysis, bioinformatics, data visualization, or statistics
- 02Programming experience in Python, including experience with Pandas and Matplotlib
- 03Experience working with Unix/Linux
- 04Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices
- 05Strong problem-solving and communication skills
