Responsibilities
- 01Follow the latest research related to LLMs and synthetic data generation
- 02Design and implement complex pipelines that can generate large amounts of data while maintaining high diversity and optimizing resources
- 03Work closely with cross-team to ensure experiments and data generated are efficient for model quality improvements
- 04Continuously measure and refine the quality of datasets and validate data strategy through quantitative ablation experiments
Requirements
- 01Strong machine learning and engineering background
- 02Experience with Large Language Models (LLM)
- 03Experience with implementing cost-efficient, complex pipelines to generate synthetic datasets at scale
- 04Experience with evals tracking model capabilities
- 05Experience in building trillion-scale pretraining datasets
- 06Excellent programming skills in Python
- 07Strong prompt engineering skills
- 08Experience working with large-scale GPU clusters and distributed data pipelines
- 09Strong obsession with data quality
- 10Research experience
