Responsibilities

01Build and maintain candidate pipelines for roles across Design teams through research, outreach, and market mapping
02Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications
03Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and prioritize pipeline development efforts
04Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and other sourcing platforms
05Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve candidate engagement and response rates
06Experiment with and integrate AI-powered tools and research platforms to elevate sourcing efficiency and talent discovery

014+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on Design related roles
02Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research, outreach, and sourcing tools
03Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into sourcing strategies
04Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and applicant tracking systems
05Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines while maintaining accurate tracking
06Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency

01Role based in Menlo Park, CA, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY offices
02In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
