Responsibilities
- 01Identify high-impact workflows, systems, and processes across Marketing that are slow, manual, or duct-taped together and rebuild them AI-natively
- 02Own the full cycle: understand the current state, design the solution, build it, ship it, then measure what changed
- 03Establish the before, prove the after, and make the case to leadership
- 04Build with portability in mind so others can pick up, adapt, and extend what you've built
- 05Develop and maintain an intake framework to gather inputs, evaluate feasibility and impact, and prioritize builds
- 06Own the change management side of every build to ensure adoption and consistent use
- 07Evangelize internally by writing up wins, building case studies, and showing other teams what's possible
- 08Create energy around AI across Marketing by demonstrating new possibilities
- 09Lead the MarComms AI KR forum to convene AI goal owners, create momentum, surface blockers, and hold the operating cadence
- 10Act as a working partner to AI goal owners to unblock delays, solve capability gaps, and help people get unstuck
Requirements
- 017+ years in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a closely adjacent discipline
- 02Proven builder with a track record of impact shipping AI-powered workflows and processes
- 03Hands-on daily experience with frontier AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4o, or Gemini, including writing prompts for production-quality output at scale
- 04Experience building agentic systems where AI components interact, including multi-agent design, orchestration layers, and automated workflows
- 05An adoption-minded approach to building, designing for adoption from day one
- 06Strong communication skills to explain what you're building and why it matters
