Responsibilities

  • 01Successfully identify and communicate the EMEA CSM organization's technical and role readiness needs
  • 02Understand the day-to-day of the CSM role to suggest and execute new and innovative ideas and programs for your primary stakeholder: EMEA CSM leadership
  • 03Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and view the enablement program as a force multiplier
  • 04Equip Okta's EMEA CSM teams with the necessary product knowledge, skills, and processes to effectively engage with customers and drive retention and growth
  • 05Take a data-driven and analytical approach to deciding on future initiatives, and use performance management to quantify the impact of existing programs
  • 06Partner with other enablement team members in designing, creating, and delivering enablement programs
  • 07Continuously engage with EMEA CSM leadership to validate and collaborate on requirements and program results
  • 08Proactively seek input and content from CSM teams to aid in the curation of enablement programs
  • 09Lead discovery sessions with business leaders to build and refine requirements
  • 10Coordinate the localization and delivery of training, communications, and tooling produced by the global enablement team for EMEA CSM audiences

Requirements

  • 02Charismatic, great presence, deep empathy, and sharp on the product
  • 03Ability to understand, work with, and present to a technical audience
  • 04Ability to deliver results in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment
  • 05Deep understanding of customer success and enablement strategies
  • 06Demonstrable communication skills- specifically strong presentation skills and executive presence
  • 07Understanding of cultural and business nuances across the EMEA region, particularly across European markets
  • 08A team player- able to collaborate in an international, virtual team and coordinate the appropriate resources to meet varying partner requirements
  • 09Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 105+ years of enablement experience in the software industry, ideally supporting customer success or post-sales teams
  • 11Industry and product knowledge is a plus
  • 12Strong problem-solving, priority-setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills
  • 13Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment
  • 14Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across multiple teams and time zones
  • 15Comfortable with occasional travel across the EMEA region
