Responsibilities

01Own global IT operations and service delivery, including SLAs, escalation models, and operational metrics
02Lead the Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology functions, managing direct reports at the Director level
03Manage the enterprise systems portfolio, including ERP platforms, CRM, Supply Chain, and other business systems
04Define and own the multi-year enterprise technology roadmap — assessing current architecture, forming a clear technical opinion on the target state, and guiding technical teams and business stakeholders toward alignment and execution against that vision
05Champion AI adoption across IT operations — leveraging AI to automate workflows, increase team capacity, and reduce manual effort at scale
06Oversee identity and access management (directory services, SSO, MFA, role-based access controls) and the complete IT asset management lifecycle
07Develop and manage annual IT budgets while owning vendor performance management — ensuring the organization maximizes value from its technology investments and vendor relationships
08Direct IT buildouts for new locations, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and establish governance for change management, access controls, and system reliability

0110+ years of experience across IT operations and enterprise systems, with 5+ years leading multi-function IT or enterprise technology organizations
02Proven experience owning Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology functions
03Extensive background in implementing and managing ERP platforms and enterprise business systems at scale
04Deep expertise in identity and access management, device management, endpoint platforms, system integrations, and APIs
05Demonstrated track record of building and scaling teams, hiring leaders, and creating structure within a high-growth environment
06Experience operating in environments with either a manufacturing, construction, or data center presence, as well as in compliance-regulated environments such as SOX or SOC 2
07Strong operational acumen with experience managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs, including leveraging AI
08Executive presence with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, effectively communicating technology strategy, risk, and investment tradeoffs to C-suite leadership
09Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, and the ability to pass a background check
