Responsibilities
- 01Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to drive growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, activation, and early retention
- 02Analyze funnel performance, customer behavior, and experiment results to identify opportunities that improve member growth and business outcomes
- 03Develop, launch, and measure experiments across marketing, onboarding, and product experiences, using data and insights to inform future optimization efforts
- 04Support quarterly planning by identifying growth opportunities, sizing potential impact, and contributing recommendations to the team roadmap
- 05Create and optimize messaging, offers, and member experiences across owned and paid channels to improve performance and engagement
- 06Partner with Lifecycle teams to deliver cohesive member journeys from acquisition through onboarding and early retention
- 07Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, helping teams make informed decisions and prioritize growth opportunities
Requirements
- 014–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role
- 02Experience developing and executing growth strategies, experiments, or campaigns that drove measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, or engagement
- 03Strong product marketing fundamentals, including customer research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning
- 04Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to launch and optimize member experiences
- 05Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and make recommendations
- 06Ability to translate customer insights and business objectives into compelling messaging, offers, and user experiences
- 07Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
