Responsibilities
- 01Drive the team's technical roadmap and architectural decisions
- 02Enhance developer productivity by evolving processes, tools, and abstractions
- 03Lead team-wide initiatives and propose strategic work on behalf of engineering management
- 04Champion advanced observability, resilience, cost optimization, and security-by-design principles
- 05Mentor engineers up to L5 and proactively resolve conflicts that block execution
Requirements
- 018–12 years of software engineering experience with demonstrated expertise leading technical roadmaps
- 02Expert-level proficiency in Python with proven ability to design and implement reusable abstractions
- 03Deep technical knowledge of building scalable, high-throughput systems
- 04Demonstrated ability to partner with senior Product and Marketing leaders
- 05Proven track record of enhancing team productivity through process improvements
- 06Excellent communication and influence skills with ability to drive execution of cross-team initiatives
