Responsibilities
- 01Technically scope and lead the delivery of multi-quarter, high-visibility, executive-sponsored projects across the Growth & Talent ecosystem
- 02Serve as the functional specialist and delivery lead for the Growth & Talent pod, specializing in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, learning management, and career development technology integrations
- 03Partner with enterprise architects and delivery engineers to drive seamless end-to-end integrations across Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System), Cornerstone (Learning & Experience Platform), and Workday (Talent, Performance, Skills, and Core HCM)
- 04Drive delivery against a prioritized backlog for aligned Talent Acquisition and Talent Management stakeholder groups
- 05Operate actively in a Scrum framework—breaking down complex epics and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable technical tasks
- 06Utilize functional and technical talent domain expertise to identify opportunities to optimize, automate, and innovate recruitment workflows, employee learning paths, and internal mobility through modern technology and AI capabilities
- 07Proactively identify and resolve project-level risks, cross-system integration blockers, and requirement trade-offs
- 08Guide project teams through uncertainty, facilitate technical scoping workshops, and provide mentorship to junior analysts and developers
- 09Act as the primary conduit between Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and technical delivery teams, owning and writing detailed functional requirements, business process flows, data mappings, and use cases
Requirements
- 0110+ years of related experience in a professional People Technology / HRIS role with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's degree
- 02Deep functional and technical knowledge of core Growth & Talent platforms, specifically Greenhouse (ATS), Cornerstone (LMS/L&D), and Workday Talent & Performance (Succession, Performance Reviews, Goals, Feedback, Skills)
- 03Proven track record as a Delivery Lead managing complex, multi-system HR technology initiatives, integrations, and feature rollouts
- 04Ability to handle complex issues spanning multiple applications, data structures, and HR processes, requiring analysis of diverse data factors
- 05Exceptional collaboration skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Recruiting, HR Ops, and Talent Development, managing conflicting perspectives and reaching consensus
- 06Strategic mindset to anticipate future talent technology architecture needs, internal mobility initiatives, and proactive system optimizations
- 07Strong leadership qualities to guide agile delivery pods, facilitate requirements workshops, and mentor team members
