Responsibilities
- 01Own data quality standards across CRM and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), including field completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- 02Lead deduplication efforts and ongoing hygiene initiatives across contact, lead, and account records
- 03Diagnose root causes of recurring data quality issues and design scalable fixes rather than one-off cleanups
- 04Establish and monitor data quality metrics and reporting to track health over time
- 05Map and document how lead and account data flows across systems — from initial capture through enrichment, scoring, routing, and attribution
- 06Investigate sync failures, latency, and data loss points between systems, and drive resolution with the appropriate technical owners
- 07Analyze lead flow data to identify bottlenecks, leakage, and quality gaps that impact pipeline
- 08Partner with Analytics Engineering and BI on data structure, definitions, and reporting logic to ensure consistency across teams
- 09Support the evaluation, implementation, and rollout of new marketing technology platforms focused on data enrichment, orchestration, and lead flow automation
- 10Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system configuration and integration work
- 11Partner with vendors and internal technical teams during implementation, testing, and hypercare periods for new systems
- 12Maintain documentation of system architecture, data mappings, and integration logic across the MarTech stack
- 13Partner with Marketing Operations on the data inputs and logic underlying lead scoring models
- 14Monitor scoring and routing performance post-launch, flagging data anomalies or model drift
- 15Support ongoing refinement of scoring criteria based on data quality findings
- 16Serve as a data-fluent partner to Sales Development, Campaign Operations, and Analytics Engineering on shared data initiatives
Requirements
- 018+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, data management, or a closely related field
- 02Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 03Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and a Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo), including data structure, field architecture, and integrations
- 04Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving data flow or sync issues across systems
- 05Comfort working with SQL, data mapping, or similar tools to analyze and validate data at scale
- 06Experience supporting or leading MarTech implementations, integrations, or platform migrations
- 07Familiarity with data enrichment, orchestration, or lead scoring/routing tools and concepts
- 08Ability to translate ambiguous or technical problems into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional stakeholders
- 09Collaborative and communicative mindset - able to build strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders across time zones
- 10Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis
