Responsibilities
- 01Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency
- 02Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience
- 03Improve efficiency by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to help prepare reports to keep recruiters and hiring managers on target
- 04Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- 05Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims
- 06Meet and greet candidates while they are onsite for interviews
- 07Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates
- 08Take on projects to impact our workflow and office experiences
Requirements
- 012+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company
- 02Operational excellence, a data-driven mindset, and a great attitude for multitasking and problem-solving
- 03High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy
- 04Demonstrated experience in coordinating schedules and managing communications with C-suite leadership, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration
- 05Ability to be in person in our London office, Monday - Thursday
