Responsibilities
- 01Drive Practice Operational Discipline: Help streamline and maintain best practices across the Business Consulting practice
- 02Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Track key operational metrics, generate actionable insights, and ensure reporting accuracy
- 03Streamline Operations & Improve Efficiency: Continuously audit current workflows to identify friction points; proactively build solutions
- 04Act as a Collaborative Thought Partner: Build strong, cross-functional relationships across Business Consulting and broader Veeva teams
- 05Adapt to Dynamic Priorities: Maintain agility in a fast-paced, evolving organization, anticipating operational challenges
- 06Maintain Process & System Integrity: Ensure team adherence to operational procedures, taking deep personal ownership over deliverables
Requirements
- 01Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical exposure (e.g. 2+ years of corporate/consulting experience)
- 02Demonstrated experience improving or automating manual processes in a school, project, or work setting
- 03Demonstrated experience working in complex people environments, adeptly managing relationships upwards, downwards, and with peers
- 04Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce)
- 05Strong Operations Mindset: A natural inclination to keep processes buttoned up, paired with a relentless drive to bring order, logic, and structure
- 06Mission-First Team Player: Proven track record of putting team success and the broader organizational mission ahead of self
- 07Global & Cross-Cultural Agility: Willingness and ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse cultures, geographies, and time zones
