Responsibilities
- 01Lead a team with a headcount of 50+
- 02Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
- 03Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
- 04Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
- 05Collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation
- 06Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
- 07Design business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements
- 08Plan and control business processes and support their execution by removing barriers for team members
- 09Improve process efficiency and reduce defects
- 10Deliver operational metrics associated with your process and results while keeping the team engaged
Requirements
- 01People leadership experience
- 02Proven knowledge in business process design, management and optimization
- 035+ years working experience
- 04Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
- 05Strong interest in people management
- 06Process-oriented mindset
- 07Excellent work ethic
- 08Effective communication with managers, analysts, and researchers
