Responsibilities
- 01Build an automated hiring operations ecosystem by identifying and implementing solutions that fit operational requirements
- 02Establish gold standards for candidate quality and process integrity, designing robust verification protocols
- 03Monitor and optimize hiring KPIs by building and tracking real-time dashboards for SLA adherence, time-to-hire, and training churn
- 04Design and manage headcount models for Hiring Coordinators to ensure team capacity meets global demands
- 05Lead, mentor, and inspire a remote team of Hiring Coordinators to foster a culture of high performance
- 06Proactively identify pipeline risks and operational incidents through recurring process audits
Requirements
- 012+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Tech, Startup, Consulting) with a proven track record of managing hiring processes
- 02Strong experience in hiring process design and optimization with a 'builder' mentality
- 03Excellent written and verbal English skills to translate operational bottlenecks into clear solutions
- 04Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, international stakeholders across teams
