Responsibilities

01Own the full financial planning and forecasting lifecycle for the Investment Program, including annual budget recommendations, global and theater-level quarterly targets, and ongoing policy governance
02Partner with Corporate Finance, Sales leadership, and Sales Operations to establish and communicate investment budgets that align with GTM strategy
03Run day-to-day program operations: manage submission templates, coordinate investment review meetings, document approvals and action items, and ensure global consistency across regions
04Build, maintain, and evolve the Investment Program dashboard and supporting AI skills; develop and track KPIs that measure both financial performance and operational health
05Create and distribute MBR and QBR reporting packages with actionable insights for senior leadership
06Lead continuous improvement efforts across systems, tools, and processes — with a strong bias toward leveraging AI to create efficiencies and scale impact
07Support the broader GTM Finance team on high-priority projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

0110+ years of experience in Field Finance, FP&A, GTM Finance, or related roles with a track record in ROI analytics
02Demonstrated ownership of large, complex, finance-led programs with strong project management discipline
03Deep familiarity with the end-to-end deal cycle and the operational realities of a high-growth technology company
04Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and contract management platforms (e.g., Ironclad)
05Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready reports and presentations
06Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and Operations
07Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
