  • 07Lead the North American payroll outsourcing transition from vendor governance through to business-as-usual handover, with a strong focus on compliance and operational risk
  • 08Partner with Strategic Finance, Strategy and BizOps, Legal, People, and Engineering on finance systems, process design, risk, compliance, reporting, and financial insight

  • 03A proven track record in finance transformation, systems modernisation, and process automation, such as ERP transitions, close automation, or RPA, with measurable efficiency gains
  • 04Strong understanding of core finance processes and technologies, ideally gained in a modern, highly automated, and systematised finance environment
  • 05Experience overseeing global tax and payroll compliance, or partnering closely with specialist teams to manage risk
  • 06Experience setting a multi-year strategy and target operating model for financial control or controllership, not just executing an existing plan
  • 07Demonstrated people leadership through periods of growth and change, including building high-performing teams and succession depth
  • 08Experience with financial due diligence or M&A, including data-room management, carve-out or integration accounting, and post-deal control integration, or equivalent transaction-readiness experience
