Responsibilities
- 01Lead and develop a high-performing team across GL accounting, treasury, and technical accounting
- 02Design, implement and maintain appropriate accounting policies and processes to enable accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP
- 03Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, driving timeline reductions and establishing the controls and reconciliation standards expected of a public company
- 04Serve as the in-house US GAAP technical accounting expert
- 05Partner with Corp Eng on ERP (Oracle Fusion) optimization and automation across the accounting tech stack
- 06Lead the external audit, partnering with the external auditor to ensure timely completion of annual audit
- 07Partner with corporate development to support M&A activities
Requirements
- 01Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA certification strongly preferred
- 0212+ years of experience with an increasing level of scope and leadership responsibility; Big 4 and industry experience preferred
- 03Deep technical expertise in U.S. GAAP and other financial reporting requirements
- 04Demonstrated track record of shortening close cycles and building durable processes — not just operating existing ones
- 05Experience operating in a SOX-controlled environment is a plus
- 06An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
