Responsibilities

  • 01Own the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a portfolio of strategic apps
  • 02Identify, prioritize, and validate the highest-value user problems and integration opportunities through direct user research, ecosystem analysis, and quantitative evidence
  • 03Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Sales, User Support, Marketing, Partner Management, and other product teams to deliver and evolve integrations end to end
  • 04Partner with Engineering to define product requirements, technical approach, and quality standards for integrations
  • 05Establish feedback loops and measurement plans before launch; use product, business, and user metrics to assess efficacy
  • 06Represent Stripe's product strategy with strategic technology partners and enterprise users
  • 07Drive launches, beta programs, user acceptance testing, and go-to-market readiness
  • 08Make and drive important cross-functional decisions, align senior stakeholders around a shared strategy
  • 09Balance new feature development with investment in quality, reliability, technical debt, and foundational platform capabilities
  • 10Improve how Stripe builds and operates strategic integrations by turning user, partner, and performance signals into scalable product and process improvements

Requirements

  • 018+ years of relevant product-management, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 02Experience setting product strategy and driving execution across multiple cross-functional teams or a complex product area
  • 03Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and make prioritization decisions
  • 04Strong technical judgment and fluency working with engineers on API-based products, integrations, technical constraints, and product quality
  • 05Experience engaging directly with enterprise users and external technology partners, and translating their needs into clear product decisions
  • 06Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading through organizational boundaries
