Responsibilities
- 01Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform
- 02Make enterprise security a reason we win, not a hurdle we clear
- 03Lead the single-tenant to multi-tenant migration
- 04Unlock new geographies and clouds
- 05Own the front door including login, sign-up, and account discovery
- 06Give admins real leverage over users, groups, invites, and permissions
- 07Be the product voice in enterprise security reviews
- 08Partner with infrastructure and platform teams on telemetry and observability
Requirements
- 015+ years of product management experience
- 02Meaningful time on identity, access management, security, or infrastructure products
- 03Direct experience with authentication and authorization — SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, identity providers
- 04Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models — tenancy, isolation, regional expansion, and migration paths
- 05Strong technical foundation to work as a genuine peer to engineering
- 06Comfort in front of enterprise customers, particularly their security and platform teams
- 07Excellent written communication — crisp specs, clear tradeoffs
- 08Comfort operating asynchronously on a distributed team
