Responsibilities
- 01Lead cross-functional execution for Industrial Compute infrastructure delivery programs from planning through operational handoff
- 02Build and maintain integrated program plans spanning engineering, construction, hardware deployment, networking, commissioning, and operations
- 03Identify schedule risks, dependency conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery
- 04Develop executive-level reporting mechanisms that communicate program health, milestones, risks, mitigations, and critical decisions
- 05Coordinate across Hardware Engineering, Network Engineering, Hardware Operations, Capacity Delivery, Security, Finance, Supply Chain, and external infrastructure partners
- 06Drive operational readiness reviews before infrastructure enters production
- 07Build standardized delivery processes, governance models, and operating cadences that scale across multiple global infrastructure programs
- 08Manage cross-functional action tracking, decision logs, risk registers, and executive escalations
- 09Establish program metrics and KPIs that improve predictability, transparency, and execution quality
- 10Partner with leadership to continuously improve Industrial Compute delivery methodologies as our infrastructure portfolio grows
Requirements
- 018+ years leading complex technical programs or infrastructure delivery initiatives
- 02Experience managing large cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering organizations
- 03Strong understanding of program management methodologies, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- 04Experience working with executive stakeholders and communicating program status at multiple organizational levels
- 05Proven ability to drive execution across organizations without direct reporting authority
- 06Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reviews, and operational mechanisms
- 07Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 08Ability to manage multiple concurrent high-priority programs
