Responsibilities

01Be a Strategic Partner to Leadership: Partner with Marketing executives to align analytics initiatives with global business objectives
02Turn Data into Business Outcomes: Go beyond reporting to influence pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and campaign ROI
03Master the Analytical Foundation: Maintain deep fluency in the data models, metrics, and pipelines (SQL, dbt, Snowflake) that power GTM reporting
04Amplify Reach with AI & Automation: Automating trivial workflows, transform the way we work through AI systems and architecting secure solutions
05Champion Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data integrity across source systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake) through automated testing and reconciliation
06Establish Thought Leadership: Represent the company in the business intelligence space at industry events and champion innovation across the analytics org

017+ years of experience in Analytics/BI within large-cap tech companies or high-growth SaaS environments
02Advanced SQL skills
03Hands-on dbt proficiency
04Strong Python skills for data transformation, analysis, and building AI-powered data applications
05Track record of partnering directly with Marketing leadership to drive strategic decisions
06Experience with or strong interest in building AI-driven analytics workflows including semantic models, text-to-SQL, Cortex Analyst
07Proven experience with B2B marketing technology stacks (Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua/HubSpot)
08Familiarity with the data pipeline ecosystem (Airflow, dbt, Snowflake)
09Comfortable presenting to, advising, and pushing back on VP+ stakeholders
10Ability to work across different cultures and time zones
