Responsibilities

01Review and validate reports of violations flagged by various agencies while ensuring compliance to law and regulatory board
02Support users' concerns and provide exceptional customer service
03Analyze current processes and initiate changes aimed at scaling operations and enhancing user experience
04Respond to reports submitted by legal and government entities via email
05Collaborate closely with other Stripe teams to enhance product offerings and improve messaging around new products and features
06Gather unique insights into how thousands of businesses using Stripe operate and scale
07Gain a comprehensive understanding of Stripe's operations from the ground up and contribute to the organization's future impact
08Play a key role in establishing a new team and fostering an operational culture at Stripe
09Partner with global operations specialists or business process owners to manage critical workflows effectively

01You have a user first mindset and are energized by the challenge of solving difficult problems
02You have 2 - 4 yrs of experience in customer support and technical support
03You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
04You excel in critical thinking and problem solving
05You might have close to 2 to 6 years of experience in customer service or internal/external user-facing operations
06You enjoy learning about products and processes, you are an organized, self-starter with passion for finding solutions to our user’s challenges
07You are able to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
08You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done
09You enjoy working in an in-office environment with strong cross team collaboration and support
10You are able to prioritize and enjoy working in a dynamic space
11You are humble and have a proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners
