Responsibilities
- 01Develop, build, and maintain operations infrastructure for data labeling pipelines
- 02Take ownership of day-to-day progress on high-priority data production pipelines
- 03Partner with Machine Learning and Go-to-Market teams to scope customer engagements
- 04Influence cross-org collaboration to define and advance human data strategy
- 05Own financial health of programs by managing project-level COGS
- 06Partner with subject matter experts to validate data quality and translate domain knowledge
- 07Work closely with customers to understand requirements and design data taxonomies
- 08Utilize analytics and data visualization tools to track progress and optimize performance
- 09Own larger components of data delivery processes
Requirements
- 01Active Top Secret security clearance
- 022-3 years of experience in product development, data science, or operations
- 03History of successful project management and comfort in ambiguity
- 04Ability to analyze complex operational data, build queries, and identify trends
- 05Technical aptitude to understand how to produce data for state-of-the-art post-training techniques
