Responsibilities
- 01Serve as a trusted advisor to managers across the PLGTM organization
- 02Provide clear guidance on performance, team dynamics, and people decisions
- 03Help leaders navigate growth, change, and organizational complexity
- 04Support performance cycles including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans when needed
- 05Partner with People team members on talent reviews, internal mobility, and team transitions
- 06Help identify retention risks and support leaders in addressing them
- 07Triage and resolve employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
- 08Provide managers with guidance on sensitive people matters and ensure appropriate escalation when needed
- 09Coach managers through common leadership challenges including feedback, performance conversations, and conflict resolution
- 10Provide practical tools and frameworks that help managers lead effectively
- 11Track and manage employee cases and requests using ClickUp
- 12Identify patterns in employee questions or issues and recommend improvements to people processes
- 13Support rollout of people programs across the organization
- 14Work AI-first: default to AI tools (including ClickUp Brain and AI Agents) for research, drafting, summarizing, and administrative processes instead of handling them manually
- 15Build and maintain AI agents and automations that take repetitive people work off the team’s plate
- 16Coach managers on how AI reshapes their teams: role design, skill expectations, capacity planning, and what “great” looks like in an AI-first org
- 17Champion adoption across the PLGTM organization by modeling the behavior, sharing what works, and pulling others along
- 18Monitor emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical improvements to how we develop and support our people
Requirements
- 012–4 years of experience in a People Business Partner, HRBP, or similar role
- 02Experience supporting teams in high-growth or fast-paced environments preferred
- 03Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management
- 04Excellent communication and coaching skills
- 05High judgment and discretion when handling sensitive issues
- 06Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- 07Genuine enthusiasm for AI, with hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work
- 08Bias toward automating your own workflows and a willingness to rethink how work gets done
