Responsibilities
- 01Build and manage pipelines of high-quality PM talent through creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- 02Track and analyze funnel metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- 03Serve as a trusted advisor to product recruiters and hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategy, talent market, and candidate experience
- 04Collaborate cross-functionally with other EPD recruiters and recruiting operations to drive consistency, share insights, and refine recruiting playbooks
Requirements
- 017+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience (in-house preferred)
- 02Creative sourcing experience on multiple platforms and channels
- 03Proven success partnering with senior PM or Engineering leaders on niche and challenging searches
- 04Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple parallel searches
- 05Data-driven and process-oriented mindset; able to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- 06Candidate-first philosophy; balances speed, quality, and experience
- 07Nice to have - fluency in Product Management disciplines (consumer, platform, growth, infrastructure, or API products)
- 08Experience with longer term networking strategies (hosting events, dinners, conference strategies, etc)
