Responsibilities
- 01Own and optimize the self-serve funnel end to end, from the onboarding flow through go-live and scaling
- 02Drive scalable SMB and long-tail acquisition: grow new activated customers, reduce onboarding friction, and improve revenue efficiency
- 03Build the upsell/cross-sell motion, surfacing intelligent recommendations self-serve or as qualified opportunities for GTM
- 04Partner with GTM to understand the sales and account management flows, find where handoffs break down, and streamline for greater throughput
- 05Use funnel analytics, segmentation, and experimentation to find, size, and prioritize the highest-leverage bets
- 06Partner cross-functionally with Web, Engineering, Design, BI/DS, Marketing, and Sales to ship and measure impact
Requirements
- 015+ years of product management experience
- 02Experience with product-led growth (PLG) at a B2B or API-first company, including top-of-funnel and activation funnels with quantifiable improvements
- 03Strong analytical and funnel-optimization skills; comfortable making decisions from experiment and funnel data, and partnering closely with BI/DS
- 04Track record partnering effectively with GTM teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing)
- 05Experience building acquisition motions for SMB and/or supporting key accounts at scale
- 06Excellent communication; can articulate tradeoffs clearly to GTM, Engineering, and cross-functional leadership
