Responsibilities
- 01Tech Support on level 1, 2 and 3 tickets created by holding employees
- 02Monitor queues for other markets for urgent out of hours requests and action them when necessary
- 03Delegate level 1 and 2 tickets to working students in the team with guidance and accountability
- 04Execute Tech Projects imposed by Employee Technology Platform product strategy such as rollout of Chrome OS and tool consolidations
- 05Manage inbound projects imposed by holding teams (e.g., tailor onboarding experience, setup n8n flows)
- 06Provide Tech Consulting by offering solutions using existing tools first through enablement sessions
- 07Benchmark new applications when no existing solutions are available
- 08Enable AI usage to boost productivity and handle queries on AI toolings
- 09Take over IT onboarding sessions for new holding employees
- 10Take over leadership responsibilities of IC1-IC3 Tech Business Partners assigned to the holding
Requirements
- 01Minimum of 10+ years of proven professional experience in IT systems, systems engineering or a related field
- 02Experience with IT support ticketing best practices, and analysis
- 03Proven ability to lead a small and assertive team
- 04Proven ability to work both independently, and as part of a team on Technology related projects
- 05Profound knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Mobile Device Management (JAMF and InTune) and other SaaS applications (Zoho CRM is a huge plus)
- 06Profound knowledge of AI tooling, specifically relating to employee productivity
- 07Understanding on how to utilize scripting to build bespoke functions
- 08Experience with web-front end HTML, CSS, AppScript, Python and Cursor AI
- 09Understanding of the workings of cloud infrastructure and code deployment practices and discipline is a huge plus
- 10Generalist knowledge of office infrastructure (e.g., office WLAN)
- 11Comprehensive knowledge and proven disciplinary action of domain management
- 12Relevant IT Bachelors or Masters degree
- 13German and English written and verbal communication
- 14Willingness to travel primarily to 1KOMMA5 the other holding locations (Munich & Hamburg)
