Responsibilities

01Tech Support on level 1, 2 and 3 tickets created by holding employees
02Monitor queues for other markets for urgent out of hours requests
03Delegate level 1 and 2 tickets to working students with guidance and accountability
04Execute Tech Projects imposed by Employee Technology Platform product strategy
05Manage inbound projects from holding teams
06Provide Tech Consulting through enablement sessions
07Work with teams to technically own and benchmark new applications
08Enable AI usage to boost productivity

01Minimum of 4+ years of proven professional experience in IT systems, systems engineering or related field
02Experience with IT support ticketing best practices and analysis
03Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team on Technology related projects
04Profound knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Mobile Device Management (JAMF and InTune)
05Profound knowledge of AI tooling specifically relating to employee productivity
06Understanding of how to utilize scripting to build bespoke functions
07Experience with web-front end HTML, CSS, AppScript, Typescript and Cursor AI
08Understanding of cloud infrastructure and code deployment practices
09Generalist knowledge of office infrastructure
10Comprehensive knowledge and proven disciplinary action of domain management
11Great people skills to persuade and consult non-technical stakeholders
12Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology
13Ability to collaborate in fast-paced agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
14Relevant IT Bachelors or Masters degree
15German and English written and verbal communication
16Willingness to travel
