Responsibilities

  • 01Develop and execute a cohesive Search Personalization strategy and roadmap in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Design and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • 02Incorporate innovative new Search Personalization features into our models that tap into the unique user intent on Pinterest
  • 03Create products that help users find inspiration, browse products and ultimately find the item they want to buy
  • 04Investigate and hypothesize opportunities to improve the relevance of search results on Pinterest
  • 05Partner closely with a wide range of disciplines including engineering, data science, design, research, marketing, legal, strategy, and other product managers to define, measure, and drive execution

Requirements

  • 01Strong product sense and ability to collaborate and get buy-in from stakeholders while setting a longer term vision
  • 02Demonstrated success in product management or related experience at fast-growing companies particularly working on AI/ML based products
  • 03Proven ability to lead in ambiguous environments, aligning across functions, teams, and orgs to deliver on time in a highly collaborative environment
  • 04Strong analytical skills to define product strategy and drive decision making, making appropriate trade-offs based on data analysis and qualitative feedback from Pinners
  • 05Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or equivalent experience
