Responsibilities
- 01Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services that power Robinhood Wallet
- 02Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements that meet strict correctness and scalability standards
- 03Identify and implement improvements to system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction
- 04Collaborate closely with client teams, product managers, designers, and external vendors to deliver reliable technical solutions
Requirements
- 012+ years of experience in software development
- 02Expertise in backend development using languages such as Go, Python, or Java, with deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures
- 03Strong grasp of system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals
- 04Proven ability to simplify complex problems, make sound tradeoffs, and drive alignment across product, engineering, and design teams
- 05Strong sense of personal accountability with a track record of delivering successful, end-to-end products and raising team-wide technical standards
