Responsibilities
- 01Own all stages of feature implementation, from design and development through deployment, production support, and maintenance
- 02Collaborate with Product Management and Development on technical design and problem-solving to deliver great code
- 03Quickly analyze complex problems, identifying knowns and unknowns, to accelerate the path to robust solutions
- 04Define, promote, and mentor on engineering best practices and coding standards, including the latest approaches to AI assisted engineering
- 05Provide comprehensive code reviews for engineers of all experience levels
- 06Develop the skills of engineering talent through structured mentorship
Requirements
- 015+ years of proven software development expertise (Production level Python development required)
- 02Extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications
- 03Proven track record of architecting and building high-volume products at scale
- 04Hands-on development experience with current open-source tools and technologies, including Python, Git, FastAPI, Pydantic
- 05Highly driven and flexible, enjoys a fast-paced start-up environment, and believes in having fun along the way
- 06Proven ability to mentor and elevate team performance, fostering growth and excellence
- 07High work ethic
- 08High integrity and honesty
- 09Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- 10Unrestricted right to work in the United States
