Responsibilities

01Own all stages of feature implementation from design and development through deployment, production support, and maintenance
02Daily code contribution using AI assistance for productivity
03Collaborate with Product Management and Development on technical design and problem-solving to deliver great code
04Quickly analyze complex problems, identifying knowns and unknowns, to accelerate the path to robust solutions
05Define, promote, and mentor on engineering best practices and coding standards including the latest approaches to AI assisted engineering
06Provide comprehensive code reviews for engineers of all experience levels
07Develop the skills of engineering talent through structured mentorship

0112+ years of proven software development expertise
02Production level Python development required
03Extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications
04Proven track record of architecting and building high-volume products at scale
05Hands-on development experience with current open-source tools and technologies including Python, Git, FastAPI, Pydantic
06Highly driven and flexible, enjoys a fast-paced start-up environment
07Proven ability to mentor and elevate team performance
08High work ethic
09High integrity and honesty
10Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
